His job keeps him busy from early morning to late evening...and then often after we go to sleep, he has other necessary business to attend to. ![]() The train travels next to a roaring river. ![]() It is a two-and-a-half-hour train trip. The vegetation gets more lush as we move closer to the jungle where Machu Picchu is located. ![]() There is a hydroelectric power station on the river. ![]() We arrive in Machu Picchu and check into our hotel. This picture is taken from the balcony of our hotel home in Machu Picchu. We are lucky enough to have a room with a balcony that overlooks the raging river! ![]()
