We explored the city and Jim discovered a restaurant-bar that begged us to lower our standards!  Jim and Barbara left the city on foot for a brief walk to a Pacific Ocean resort on the other side of a short range of hills... but the day was hot and humid and we eventually succumbed to a passing pedicab driver who offered us a ride for a dollar.  Barbara and Jim met Nancy, Wilma, Lindsay, Brian, and Herb. Nancy enjoyed a rest in the poolside bar at the Solmar resort condominiums. Herb, Brian, and she had spent a memorable vacation at this same resort when Brian was 8 years old. Herb, Brian, and Lindsay were off climbing the rocks at the far tip of the Baja Peninsula.
